DESCRIPTION

The KC Imperial 10/20 Nano SiC is an aqueous sluny of hexagonal synthetic structure SiC crystals in a particle size ranging from 100 to 200 nanometers. Its outstanding hardness increases cutting rates and at the same time reduces the sub-surface damage layers as compared to diamond and boron carbide. The chemical inertness of most acid and base slurries, within its superb heat and abrasion resistance, makes the SiC adaptable to use for extreme polishing applications.

KC Imperial I 0/20 Nano Sic has proven itself for polishing wafers in a semiconductor application, Sapphire wafers of different orientations plus Silicon. The SiC has proven to be a highly efficient polishing slurry in an extended range of other materials such as: ceramics, crystals and metals.
